Thanks for joining us last weekend for the Surf Fitness Training Workshop! The surf exercise video below is a demo of some of the warm up and surf exercises you can do to get in surf shape. During the workshop, we talked about Endurance training. For this example program, I suggest. :30 workout + :30 rest. for the 3 minute workout it could be on bike, running, rower etc.
