Celebrating creativity and self-expression, AllSwell founder Laura Rubin will lead us through accessible writing-based exercises to kick-start or enhance a regular journaling practice.
To amplify our experience, jewelry designer + crystal expert Paige Novick will lead us through a combination of meditation and sensory ceremony to help us strengthen our intuition, and give us the low-down on crystal technology (spoiler alert: they’re not magic).
